If you are unexpectedly not satisfied with a product, you can return it to us. Would you like a different size? We do NOT offer an exchange service. You can return the product and place a new order. Please observe the following conditions.
- Within 30 days;
- For returns you must to use the return form.
- Returned products must be unworn , in original packaging with any price tag and in good condition (no cat hair, etc.);
- You must take care for a proper return package (return packages in a shopping bag/garbage bag/transparent bags, etc. are not accepted!)
