The Kimono Abaya is a step that came over from the Arab Emirates. It is an Abaya with features of a Kimono, the difference is that the Kimono Abaya is closed at the front. The Kimono Abaya is always flared (oversized) and has flared sleeves. This makes a Kimono Abaya look very elegant and extremely covering.
