Shortening Service

Step 1: Add the desired product to the shopping cart

Step 2: Then add the product "shortening service" to the shopping cart. You can find this product in the menu under "LADIES/Shortening service". Or click here! For each product that needs to be shortened, you add a shortening service.

Step 3: During checkout, a field will appear in which you have the option to add the desired length of the product. Note! the length must be measured from the highest shoulder point. See the red line in the photo below:

Step 4: Make sure that you pay for a shortening service product for each product that needs to be shortened.

Tip: Do you already have an abaya at home that fits well; Then lay it flat on the ground and measure it as in the photo above.

1. Shortened products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

1. After checkout, no changes can be made, but a cancellation may be possible if this is communicated in time.
2. Shorting costs of €7.50 will be charged per item to be shortened.
3. The shortening process takes between 3 and 5 working days.
4. After shortening you should always take a margin of 1cm into account.
