Delivery and Returns
ORDER PROCESSING
Processing time: hyour package will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email and text message as soon as the order has been shipped. You will also receive an email with the track & trace information to follow the delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Netherlands :
For an order value up to €35, the shipping costs are €6.50. If you order for more than €35, the shipping costs are €2.95. Your order will be delivered between 1 and 3 working days.
- Belgium, 
- Germany and Luxembourg:
For orders up to and including €40, the shipping costs are €7.95. If you order for more than €40, the shipping costs are €3.95. Your order will be delivered between 2 and 4 working days.
France:
For orders up to and including €50, the shipping costs are €9.95. If you order for more than €50, the shipping costs are only €4.95. Your order will be delivered between 3 and 5 working days.
Denmark, Austria, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Switzerland:
The shipping costs are €9.95. Your order will be delivered within 7 days.
England, Finland, Ireland, Norway and Sweden:
The shipping costs are €14.95. Your order will be delivered within 7 days.
Other countries outside the European Union:
The shipping costs are €19.95. The delivery time is 7 to 15 days. This highly depends on the customs clearance in your country. We also offer a DHL Express option, which costs €29.95. Delivery time from DHL Express is 1 to 5 days.
RETURN
If you are unexpectedly not satisfied with a product, you can return it to us. Would you like a different size? We do NOT offer an exchange service. You can return the product and place a new order. Please observe the following conditions.-

For returns you must use the returns form.

Returned products must be unworn, in original packaging with any price tag and in good condition (no cat hair, etc.);

You must ensure that you have a proper return package (return packages in a shopping bag/garbage bag/transparent bags, etc. are not accepted!)

You will receive your purchase amount within 14 days after we have received your package.
